From pet turkeys to rabbits and roosters.
Bertha is my pet turkey, over 4 years old. She loves to eat grapes, watermelon and bread. Destined to be dinner, I saw the love and personality in her and knew she was my best friend. In the summer she loves to go in her pool to cool off. She loves me- her mom but she does not like children or male turkeys!
Bertha outlived her life expectancy by 2 years. She will hold a very special place in my heart and I miss her daily.
